We wrote about this quite a bit in the early days of the blog, but now it’s just a thing we do, so it’s fun to think about the roots sometimes.

After being a few years into our relationship, we began to really explore each other in ways that neither of us had with other people. And it just so happens that we like very similar things in our porn. Then one day, we stumbled upon a blog, written by a couple, that we really, really enjoyed. And we got to talking.

At first, it was just going to be stories and photos/videos we found that we enjoyed.

But then we took a few photos. And got a better camera. And talked about a video. And then another video.

We find, more and more that the world lacks the type of porn we enjoy. So we’ve begun setting out to make the kind of material we want to see. Photos are plentiful and delicious, but videos are really lacking. With Vimeo and new dSLR’s making artistic and stylish videos easier than ever, it seems silly that the porn world hasn’t gotten there yet. We’re hoping to help lead the charge, along with a select few people that have been there before us. A certain redhead has provided some inspiration, as most of our readers know by now.

Definitely a very interesting question!  Another blog commenter actually pointed out that there are some links between the feet and genitals in the brain, which definitely explains something!  I had always wondered why foot fetishism is such a big deal when hand fetishism really isn’t, but the scientific element behind it definitely puts into a much more logical context.

For me, I think it’s sometimes a little hard to point down exactly what it is about foot fetishism it is that people like, but that’s kind of the fun of it.  Some people love little feet, some people love big feet.  Some people like skinny feet, whereas some like them fat and broad!  Some people like short little toes or very long “finger toes” on feet.  Some people love soft and perfectly smooth feet, others want to see some wear and tear and rough skin.  There are a lot of debates about whether toenails should be long or short, painted or natural.  Some people even like to see hairy toes!  There is foot porn for pretty much any tastes.

As some of you may know, or anyone who looks to the right of my blog posts may know, I have another site called Dolorem.  It hasn’t been updated since 2009 and I really just haven’t known quite what to do with it.  It’s still nice stuff and it’s still fully-operational, but I chose to focus more on blowjobs and videos, creating The Art of Blowjob.  There wasn’t really ever any transition away from it and it’s always still just there staring at me without much of a purpose.

Sophie and I were just talking about it and we decided to do something concrete, so we did a little re-branding, or, well, basically clarifying of its purpose within the context of my work.  Dolorem is a snapshot of a time in my life when I was exploring my sexuality and coming into my own as a woman who could be sexual on camera.  It was a revelation for my relationship with Mike and we became so intensely intertwined with sexuality and documenting what we’d do together, or what I’d do to titillate him.

The site is sort of a scrap book from that time in my life made into an erotic photography project of sorts.  It’s my coming out into the public sphere of sexual expression, as Sophie said.  That’s maybe a bit florid for me, but I agree.  So, if you haven’t already taken a look, you really should.  It’s an archive of over 60 photo sets that are up to 5 years old, but still represent a part of me.  Besides, they’re really gorgeous.

So, you guys know I love and appreciate you, right?  You’re all so amazing and I want to give back, so tell me what you want to see in my videos.  I know I’ve done this before, but I can always use ideas and I want to make the kinds of videos you want to see.
