I am pretty fascinated by the penis.  I mean, I wouldn’t be giving blowjobs online and talking about them so often if I didn’t have a strong interest in them…  And so I always find it neat when I learn a few new facts about the penis, as I haven with this article from Alternet…  I knew some, but there are others that are pretty new to me!

Of course, some things are more obvious, like that you shouldn’t smoke if you want stronger erections…  But there are others, like the fact that the penis used to have spines and a bone!  That is kind of terrifying, and thankfully it’s ages in the past.  I don’t know how easy giving a sensual blowjob would be to something so rigid and pointy.  That’d snag the tongue!  Oh, and how foreskins can be used to grow significantly more skin for cosmetic testing…  Penises are magical!

There are some interesting animal facts…  Specifically about the elephant’s prehensile penis.  Would you like it if you could control your penis to do things besides sex?  I can kind of imagine it now.  Or you could have four heads, like the echidna!  That sounds a little distracting.  Maybe most disturbing is the fish who has a penis…  on his head!  I don’t know what to say about that…  I’m sure that is human men has this issue, they’d probably just always be head butting.  :P

This is something that has always been quite interesting to me…  What do you focus on when you watch porn?  I think, partly because I’m making blowjob videos, this is of particular interest to me…  Is it about the penis/mouth action or the face?  Of course, it doesn’t have to be about one or the other, but it is interesting to think about what draws your attention first or the longest…

Apparently, for men, faces draw their attention first, then they spend some time looking at genitals and back to faces, according to this one study.  Women seem to be more open with what they focus on, which differs depending on whether or not they’re on birth control…  I guess hormones play a role in that, supposedly.  But they mean to say that women have a larger variety of things that can potentially turn them on, whereas men look specifically to faces/genitals as sources of arousal.

Do you think this says anything about why we watch what we watch?  Maybe there is some truth to the idea that women would want overall higher quality porn, as their focus could be drawn to any number of things…  Maybe that’s why there’s a backlash against porn that looks too fake, as it might draw attention away from a naturally beautiful face that would capture a man’s attention in the first place.

I already knew this, but it’s interesting to see it explained in such a clear and direct way.  It is weird to make the mental leap from fiction to reality, though.  As much as I love zombie movies and zombie culture, I don’t actually want to be devoured by one.  Sometimes things are best left in fantasy.

So, this is just kind of hilarious.  I saw it through Twitter a little while ago and I saved it to blog about.  I figure today’s as good a day as any to giggle at whatever this is.  At first glance, it’s a scientific look at a facial cumshot.  Interesting.  Nothing odd about that.  It could even be fascinating.  But, as you look at the annotations for different parts of the diagram, things get peculiar.

Simple parts like “Neck”, “Nose” and “Nostril” are clarified.  ”Jizz” and “Semen” are separate things somehow.  ”Testicles” are also known as “The Junk” which, of course, is the proper medical term…  Or something.  Then there are the “Insides of the Dick” and “Green Skin of Some Sort”, which is about as much information as you need, right?  We’re not here to learn…  Are we?  And then there’s “Bubble Gum”…  I guess that’s where it goes when you swallow!

This sort of reminds me of a biology test filled out by someone who doesn’t quite know what goes where, and I love that!  I’m assuming (hoping) it’s not serious, because it’s not accurate, but I find it really funny.  I hope you do too!

It’s fall, starting to slowly feel and look like we’re getting towards winter.  Not yet, of course.  I want as much fall as I can handle.  But, there’s a silver lining to the cold months…  Apparently people are really into looking for porn then.  And I’m just fine with that.

I have had this link saved for a while, but today I was thinking about how quickly fall seems to dissipate in Montreal and it reminded me of this fascinating little graph against the harmonic rhythm.  And yes, I said that this graph from The Atlantic was fascinating.  Analytics is part of my geeky world.  There’s also a peak in the late summer, which fits well with my findings from the sites.

But I was wondering…  What do you think makes for this natural progression?  Do you find it in your own life?  I definitely see a spike in desire in my own life, perhaps to stay warm in the winter and then when it finally starts to cool off at the end of the summer and you can have more fun without getting all sticky.

I’d love to know what you think…  Do you find that there are times that you are just much more interested in sex, and especially in porn?  Is it a personal thing, or does it change with the seasons?

Today, I was writing a description on Tumblr and I narrowly missed a typo:  cum loaf instead of cum load.  That would have been embarrassing, but I decided it’d be funny enough to share it on Twitter.  People found it pretty amusing, as I expected they would, and then I bumped into this nice little infographic over at PixlMonster with some nutritional information, among other things.

I was sending out a tweet about an hour ago, talking about how I really love it when Mike comes and sort of grunts and groans.  I do.  Why?  Well, it’s a great auditory cue that he is having such a good time that his body is taking over everything else.  In real life, unless you’re a posing manly man or in a football huddle (see how little I know about stereotypical guy stuff?), you’re not going to be doing much grunting and groaning outside of really good sex, or maybe a bad groin injury.

This blog is hilarious.  I found it on my usual trolling the internet for porn, well, trolling for information about the porn world…  Let’s go with that.  Since there are so many sexy teacher/naughty student porn out there, there are many a school blackboard in porn.  Those blackboards can’t be empty, though.  That would be too easy.  So instead, some director, stage-hand, star, whoever, will be charged with filling the blackboard.

Since I’m such a stickler for details, I’m glad I’ve never been in this position, but if I was, I’d pick something a little more challenging than what some people have put up.  The blog Blackboards in Porn shares some of porn’s blackboards and then assigns the content a grade.  It goes everywhere from advanced university math to Mary Had a Little Lamb.  I don’t know who thought that last one was a good idea…  Regardless, it’s really funny and worth a look…  Seeing the silly set decoration and concepts that go into porn sometimes is just too funny, so blogs like this just bring it all to the forefront.  I love it!

Yes, yes, yes.  Before you say it, I know this is fantasy.  I know that this doesn’t exist and it probably won’t exist for some time but…  Couldn’t you just imagine?  This would be my dream come true in a lot of ways.  Having a projectable keyboard and a projectable screen?  You might as well just stop right there, because it would be hard for small devices to get any better…  And toss out your old computer, while you’re at it.

This cute little creature must have caught a video or two of mine, because fruit bats apparently enjoy oral sex!  Female Chinese fruit bats give their mates blowjobs to prolong sex and apparently aid in conception by improving the sperm flow.  Scientists say that they also might be preventing the spread of STI by licking away bacteria.  I didn’t know bats could get STIs…  I’m imagining little bat free clinics giving away little bat condoms.

Asides from primates, they are the first in the animal kingdom to be documented routinely giving oral sex, but they believe that it’s evolutionary…  So maybe the rest of the critters will catch on eventually.  I don’t want to see it, but I guess if it’s good for the population of endangered species, it’s a good thing, right?
