I love to cook and my favourite foods are bacon and chocolate.  I enjoy making boeuf bourgignon, duke à l’orange or wine liver pâté but sometimes a simple steak with potatoes will just do.  Really, I just love cooking everything.  When drinking, I go for quality red wines, a fine scotch and Guinness.  I have two beautiful cats.  My love for Mac products knows no bounds.
