I love being a pioneer, so it feels pretty great that Darling House picked me to be the inaugural sex star to write for their new project called Bibliophile Érotique. This is an amazing mutlidisciplinary sexuality site for beautiful and artful takes on visual and written erotica. They bill themselves as “The Other American Dream”, which I love… It’s a wet dream, I guess. It’s almost like an ever-evolving art project, and having people who work in sexuality write their own idea of erotica is a new focus for them.
I’m up first. It’s simple, but I’m so pleased at how it turned out, so I just wanted to give you a one paragraph tease…
Erotica isn’t always glamourous, nor should it be. Sometimes it’s in the here and now, in our daily mundane tasks. Now, I wouldn’t say that editing your own porn is necessarily unerotic, but it’s a big part of what we do, so the sheen of sensuality when I see our bodies writhing together onscreen as I pass by your computer with a cup of tea… Well, let’s just say that it happens enough that the skin can all blur together. There’s nothing wrong with that, though. We’d get nothing accomplished if every moment of the pornographic process whipped us into a frenzy.
Of course, that’s not how it ends up. I explored the idea of Mike and I offscreen, playing with each other in an unexpected way. I love that. It’s not to say that we don’t absolutely adore shooting our videos, but I wanted to give you all a glimpse into something different. I’d love to hear what you think about my piece and about the project. Is this a dream you can get behind?
Also, I’d love to know… If someone told you could write about anything erotic… What would be erotica that would be uniquely representative of you. If you want to share some examples, I’d be thrilled.

As about other erotica, uniquely representative to me, here’s a bit that I wrote: “More Women For My Man” – Geeky Erotic Fiction. I’m not native in English so it may sound strange at times, shall we put the blame on the geeky talk then? Dunno, you tell me.
