As you know, this past weekend was Qwebec, and it was a lot of fun! One thing we were sort of surprised to see was that there were several event-specific photographers there to catch us in action. I shared a picture on Twitter, but I thought I’d share a few more here.
There’s Mike and I registering with Michael, head of the Qwebec Expo.
And here’s Lilyanne signing up too, looking so cute with those perfect manicured nails.
Then we met up with a lovely French webmaster named Brice and our good friend Doug from Rabbits Reviews. Poor Sophie has her eyes closed, but you get the picture.
As the models, Lilyanne and I posed for a few photos on the couch.
There were more photo-ops to be had at the lovely nightly cocktail parties.
I promise, we did talk to other people too, but we certainly had our fair share of girl talk.
But, of course, we were also there to learn. There were workshops and seminars on everything from social media to billing to affiliates to laws… It was very informative!
They suggested only having one representative per company at the speed networking event, so we nominated our favourite little chatterbox, Sophie. See? She’s making people laugh!
All in all, it was a really great time and I’m excited to go again!
I love your expo dress. It suggests the classic style of the 1950′s without looking dated. Your subtle elegance sets you apart in an industry were the standard dress code for women is slutty = hot.

She was wearing taller shoes than me, but she’s still quite tall. I’m 5 foot 5 and she’s about 5 foot 9 or so.
It’s true… that fourth photo just begs for you and Lilyanne to become good enough friends to do a film or photo-shoot together sometime down the road…. Heck, even if you’re just modeling together (or naked together) without any interplay… Mmmmm….
